SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
UK Orders -
All UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 days and are sent directly with Royal Mail. Once dispatched you will get an email or text from Royal Mail with tracking information that can be used to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.
International Orders -
As we are a new business we currently aren't accepting orders from outside of the UK. We hope to introduce international orders in the coming months but in the meantime please monitor our website and social channels for updates regarding this.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return and item to us then you have 30 days to do so. Upon return we can issue a full refund or provide an exchange.
Before returning goods to us please email ethan@nauzersport.co.uk to state the reason why and this will also enable us to look out for your parcel returning and issue a refund promptly. Please note that return costs will need to be arranged and covered by the customer.
Exchanges -
If you would like to exchange an item that is not faulty or damaged then you have 30 days to arrange a return for the original product back to Nauzer Sport. Please also send us an email stating which item you would like this to be exchanged for so this can be arranged.
Faulty/Damaged Goods -
Should you receive Faulty/damaged then please notify us via email as soon as possible so we can look into this and provide you with possible solutions. It is always best to include photos/videos which will enable us to get to the bottom of the issue and rectify it as soon as possible.
